Choose Small Therapy Groups

Being a member of a therapeutic support group can be a very powerful form of help. Sometimes the group may offer suggestions to a member, sometimes the individual experiences transforming inspiration simply from group’s discussion. Groups are no smaller than four people and no larger than eight or ten and a group therapist always attends.
